My name is Stellan Ong, a Singaporean photographer specializing in lifestyle and documentary photography, emphasizing natural and authentic moments!

How I get into photography was really like a script taken from movies if I were to described in short. In fact, I have never thought of entering this industry, I was a corporate slave for years. However, on this particular occasion, there’s was a once-in-a-lifetime reality outdoor TV show about buskers, and I decided to buy a camera, follow wherever the episodes are taking place and document it to keep as memento, this is literally me first time picking up a professional camera (albeit a really budget camera).

After the show ended, I shared my images online and people, like literally strangers, start coming to me to try engage or enquire for my photography service, I knew right away this is my calling and that’s how my journey in photography begins!
